Oh i am a merry ploughboy,
And i plough the feilds all day,
'Till a sudden thought came to my mind,
That i should roam away.
For im tired of this civilian life,
Since the day that i was born,
So im off to join the IRA,
And im off tomorrow morn'.
And were all off to Dublin in the green,
Where the helmets glisten in the sun,
Where the bay'nets clash, and rifles crash,
to the echo of the thompson gun.
I'll leave aside my pick and spade,
I'll leave aside my plough,
Oh ill leave aside my horse and yoke,
For no more i'll need them now.
And i leave aside my MAry,
She is the girl i do adore,
And i wonder if,
She thinks of me when she hears that canon roar.
And we're all off to Dublin in the green, in the green
Where the helmets glisten in the sun
Where the bay'nets flash and the riffles crash
To the rattle of a Thompson gun.
And when the war is over, and dear old Ireland is free
I'll take her to the church to wed and a rebel's wife she'll be
Well some men fight for silver and some men fight for gold
But the I.R.A. are fighting for the land that the Saxons stole.
And we're all off to Dublin in the green, in the green
Where the helmets glisten in the sun
Where the bay'nets flash and the riffles crash
To the rattle of a Thompson gun.

We're all off to Ibrox in the red,in the red,
where the taxman liquidates the Huns'
where the Director ran off with the cash
to lie in the sun.

"THERE will be an ovation in the 19th minute of tomorrow's game at Celtic Park for Stilian Petrov. The former Celtic midfielder, now captain of Aston Villa, has been diagnosed with acute leukaemia. Celtic fans around the world are sending their prayers and best wishes to Stan, who was an extremely popular player during his seven years with the Hoops and remains a fans' favourite. Manager Neil Lennon said: "On behalf of the players and the backroom staff we send our support and best wishes to Stiliyan, Paulina and the family. We are there for them all and they will never walk alone.”

The 'Anti-football Manager of the year' award must surely go to Alex McLeish,if Villa go down and IT could happen,it will have been the THIRD time he has taken his team down, when he left Rangers in 2006, he was the manager when the 'Gers had their worst ever spell in their history,9 or 10 league games without a win.You never know, he might get the England job!

I have a feeling a couple of goals may not be enough!!,,, i hope it will be but i cant see us doing the red mancs any favours. We are 4 to 1 at the bookies  and the bookies dont often get things wrong

I know, I've had twenty quid at fours. 4:1 in a two horse race.  Too good to miss even if it didn't potentially help United.
