Gavin Henson has done it again and tis time i think his rugby playing career is well and truly over. Like others i have run out of sympathy for him now, it just appears to be a comedy of errors. What a waste of such talent. I also reckon it started to go down hill when got involved with the Voice of the Angel, our very own, Charlotte.

Yes, I think you're right, that could be the end. Wouldn't want to blame the lovely Ms Church, but it seems that being a celebrity became more important to Gavin than being a rugby player (he seems to have forgotten that it was only a talent for rugby that brought him to fame in the first place). A real shame. An Ian Dury song is in my head right now...

Sad really, the strange thing is with Jamie Roberts now injured he may well of had a chance at a decent run of high profile games!
OK, Henson is sadly not needed by Welsh rugby any more, now we need to find another tidy tight head prop!!!

Not the greatest of weekends for the English and Welsh teams in Europe. None left in the SFs of the H.Cup or its little brother... Contrast with national performances in the 6N.

Well done to Edinburgh, a boost for Scottish rugby at last.

H.Cup semis this weekend, should be two cracking matches.

I wouldn't bet against an all-Irish final...

Neither would I FH, but i do think it would be good for Scotish rugby if Edinburgh could pull it off.

Well congrats to Leinster on a pretty emphatic H.Cup win. It's an impressive squad they've got together there.

Looks like a very busy summer too: Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland all playing in the Southern Hemisphere, the Tri Nations becoming 4 Nations with Argentina's involvment, does anybody know what Italy and France are up too in rugby terms this summer?
Cheers

Yes, some tough international tours coming up. Wales in the land of Oz could be very interesting.

France have a short tour to Argentina coming up. Italy go to Argentina then off to Canada and the US, I believe.

Tidy FH looks like all the NH & SH will have some rugby this summer. Ah cool beers early in the morning and some rugby on the TV.....then i suddenly remember i'm now married with children and therefore watching rugby will be a luxury....

Oh, I remember having to negotiate rugby-watching time in return for child-watching time! The great trick in the end was teaching the kids about the greatness of rugby, so they wanted to watch it with their old dad... took a few years, though.

English Premiership Final this weekend. Leicester look like the team in form...

Ah yes FH thats a good idea, strangely without any prompting both my children quite happily sat through the Wales v Ireland match this year, and led the victory dance around the kitchen after Wales v France!
Its already in the genes......................LOL

Great performance by the exiles last night. Shame it looks as if they won't be allowed promotion. The authorities really need to sort that stuff out.

And sounds like you are training those kids well, Aled!
