Cut the Crap lp was not made by bernie he wrote some numbers down and got mikey and roachford to program the drum machine bernie was to busy with his girl going to music bizz parties.
It was his intentsionto end the clash with that last lp for getting the group back for sacking him in the late 70`s and who they got rid of the so called greater.
Bernie also claims he killed joe cos joe went up against bernie and if you go up against bernie you die.
Its not the great rock and roll swindle who killed bambi, its the great raggamuffin swindle with poor boogle and who killed sister nanny.

i would love to hear clash dub stuff, and would happily donate to a legal defense fund should they ever see the light of day. but i don't know about your accusation that bernie rhodes was trying to destroy the clash, as he tried to keep it going, i read recently, even after joe left. so it sounds more like he was trying to milk it. incidentally this didn't work out,
obviously. the project eventually morphed into Havana 5a.am

Low d, i dont know maybe you have already done this yerself ? that is made your own clash in dub mix by taking tracks from discs that are already out there like "super black market clash" tracks... justice tonight...robber dub...cool confusion...sandinista tracks...living in fame...shepards delight...one more dub...one more time...the crooked beat...broadway...version pardner...the equaliser...if music could talk...junco partner and from londons calling..guns of brixton and police and thieves from the first lp and sean flynn & straight to hell and death is a star..from combat rock , thats 18 tracks and they sound good back to back ,all in one mix , :wink:

That is just the sort of thing it would seem i should do, guess i'll have to get on it in time for summer. Just got that singles box set a while back, so it'll make for good pickings...

Ever since hearing "Young Ned of the Hill" in dub, i've always thought the pouges should do a dub album...

I have to ask what a dub actually is? I had bought(in my youth) UB40 Present Arms in Dub(can't find it for the life of me).I beleive it was remixes of the original songs, with heavy effects and mostly music? I thought it was a reggea thing,I would love to hear Young ned of the hills in Dub. I think it would be cool to get a sort of reworked "best Off" from the pogues in dub(if it actually is what I think). The Pogues in Dub...DUB-l-IN, :lol:

The new t-shirts Bernie has made (computer designed) show the un-creativeness of the man.In the past he has got other people doing the creative bit and then he gets the credit, so when its left up to him to design or create something he falls flat on his face, with his slacks pulled up half way up his chest like an old man.
New for 2008 and Bernie`s promotion on google search engine. The mans a bullshitter and he aint doing no trilogy he just talks and no action bad mouthing Joe Strummer all the time.
Who really cares about him it seems Mojo does and the Music Press.The man can`t handle himself in public and tries to ban everything he don`t agree with.
I am writing a book on The Clash & Reggae Music with a Chapter on Bernie before and after The Clash.
He is threatening to sue me and will sue any publisher that takes it on.What you got to hide Bernie`s not a bloody taxi driver.
So i will write it for free on the internet (Bernie thinks he controls the internet as well).
You can fool some people some of the time, but you can`t fool all the people all the time. Proverb (and its not a bernie proverb).

Bernard rhodes promoter again going up the ranks on google search engine for bernies reputation.type up anything with bernie or bernard rhodes on google search engine and it will be in the top three behind his website and wiki well ahead of julys mojo mag.Bernie you come out with a trilogy or anything on the market place and your so called career is finished.Some ones got to get paid round here.

It is a bernie thread so i thought i would put my penny in the pot.The site has many punk rockers and Joe Strummer fans (friends) and the word vent is a bernie word just like at the st. martins culture clash event where he was so called misunderstood by racial insults that has no place in public so do you knoe anyone who can big up bernie cos joe strummer bigged him up and regretted it ever since.
The clash web sites dont talk about the clash just what their having for tea in their burton suits working at the tax office saying the clasdh`s best band were the Jam.
Bernie has also shut down any site that puts him in a bad light to himself and not others in Peckham.
He can shut down websites but he cant shut down Peckham to sort out the crime cos we talk like that in the im so bored with the USA.

Put of my new Clasj book that has been writern about the inner cicle of the Clash and the working of the man of mistry bernie before and after the clash if your not interested i can sell the story for £200,000 for starters but is bernies and the clash`s story worth that. its not the same old stories over and over again in yet another clash book but the real deal behind cut the crap lp and white riot just a little taster to get the gossip bags gossiping behind peoples back was you really there in the studio while the making of dut the crap all these questions people are asking and wanting to know.
so bernie made the drum beats for it thats not true most of his quotes hes done in interviews and quotes in clash books are not true your all being fooled in believing a bullshitter and the biggest one is bernie.
