Seattle,
Forgive my tardiness in saying so, but I admire your drawings! I know a thing or two about children's artwork and you have a special talent, young lady. Perhaps you can post a drawing of your dad so we can get a good look at him. Thanks for sharing with us!

This is a picture of my dad holding me when I was a baby. I colored it this time because I wanted it to look like the photo.

One day my friend Joe West came to town and he is a musician. We had lunch with him and we got to play at my cousin's house because he was there. The next day we had lunch and while we were there I saw my friend that was in my class and on the way to my cousin's house my friend Joe West sang me a song in the car. He made a song about me and butterscotch chips. And in the song he said do you think it is going to snow? And he went to Harry Lynch's house who has lots of CDs and books and a couple of instruments and Joe West sang Harry a song then we left to go eat lunch. And that was the day my mom had a PARTY so it was fun for me. :D

Seattle, you and your dad have the same eyes! I LOVE IT! It's absolutely smashing.

I wish someone would make up a song about me and butterscotch chips. AND there was a party! It sounds like you had a lovely day.

You've got to sign that one down in the corner so that one day when you are famous you can sell it for oodles of money--an early self-portrait by the fabulous Seattle Marley, Limited Edition of 1.

Seattle your new picture, and all your pictures, are amazing. You and your dad look so happy. And your story is great! I bet you had fun creating these things. Keep up the wonderful work, you can do it your whole life.

Hi, it is seattle again. I might draw the picthure of Spider Stacey today or tomorrow. Have you heard of Jamaica Melody? She draws picthures of cats because she likes cats. Do you know who she is? She is my sister! And She likes bears and panda bears to. You have to see how many pandas she has. And one time she ate bamboo she was very happy. And she said I am just like the panda bears. And she is funny beause today she said I am eating cat food. I love my sister. :) :) 8)

As I sit here typing this, Seattle is sitting next to me drawing a picture of Spider while humming alternately Fairytale of New York and Jingle Bells. I am such a proud daddy.
And I don't want no grave
Just throw my ashes in the field
And hope there's some soul left to save

While all of those paintings are amazing the one above is my favourite. Seattle. you're talented. I like the way in which you draw the essentials: Straight to the point. This artistic approach would suffer from adding colour.
