Don't break anything..

My cousin broke her arm..

My sister went about 10 years ago and broke her leg.

Are we just one unlucky family or is skiing seroiusly dangerous?

Unlucky, or just uncoordinated?

Have a great time, Bud. Skiing has never appealed to me. Too damn cold. Perhaps I should give it a try sometime.

Wouldn't mind the apres-ski, though. Can you have that without having to do the skiing first? :)

Well my far better half tells me you can. There is a placein St. Anton called the Mooserwirt. From about 3.30 til 7/8 it is heaving. DJ gets the place hopping....dancing on chairs and tables in ski boots....NOW THAT'S DANGEROUS

I never really wanted to go skiing either but Mrs. B was mad to go so.......that was 4 years ago and we are going twice this year. I love it and she is kinda "been there, done that, next".....Women

Can't say I've been hurt myself .......yet

It's been snowing there for a few days now so it should be ok. Once it does'nt get to warm it should be just perfect for next week.

Just returned from a four-day-trip to Venice and Verona. It was really warm, say about 15° C.

Yesterday we nearly spent the whole day just driving around on vaporetti in Venice, and even today the bathroom seems to sway ...

It's been too cold here in NY. Perhaps a trip down south to Georgia for a while, where it's mild.
