Indeed. How right you are FH, how right you are.

Now beards on women....that's another thing altogether.

So getting back on topic, we're all looking forward to our holiday in Brighton to support the Medusan team in the World Beard and Moustache Championships on 1st September. Tickets are on sale now; book early to avoid disappointment: http://www.handlebarclub.co.uk/wbmc.html

Looking at the rules, there's no separate category for women to enter the competition. :( But then as far as I can say there's nothing in the rules to say they can't compete... :)

I had look at the link........How come the event co-ordinator has neiher a Beard or Moustache?

I'll have to let mine grow out a bit if we are going to enter a team...........I presume the longer and more elaborate the better..........Maybe a Medusan Beard. 8)

I noticed that, bit of a let-down I thought. Splendid moustaches among the committee, but a lack of beards. And did you see all the different categories?

Sure there's room for a new category of Medusan beard.

There should be.

Aids are allowed (Wax, Hairspray, Hair products)

No unnatural hair colour, hair extensions, etc.

They do take it pretty seriously.

Wonder if I enter do I get loads of tickets for spectators?

We'll be there.
And yeah, they do take it amazingly seriously. I reckon they must have stringent testing to make sure all the facial hair is entirely genuine.

Beard coaching, Johan. That's a great new job you have. 8)

Ouch....beard pulling no doubt.

But then my Coach will have me in a condition where I won't feel the pain. Cheer Johan.

Are you not going to enter as well?
