And he began to play not some hip “celtic” music, but again, music of his ancestors, which was considered to be unintresting and out-of-date. And he celebrated not irishness itself but individuality first of all, and he wasn’t ashamed of his relatives as well as of being himself, even if it meant additional kicks. In your case you act quite opposite, you never miss the oportunity to spit at your native land or at your compatriots, slagging your own culture, history, whatever, trying to distance from everything you belong to by right of birth, attaching yourself to some fairy land of your own naïve dreams.
