Kingdom Come?
Do you really believe such country exists? It would be either naivity or stupidity. And capable adults just can't be so naive, sorry.

IrishRover wrote:oi don't loike Serbia half a century ago nor now as it is, if thats the point ya wanna stress out.
What I wonna stress is Shane (if you prefer him as a model) loved/loves not Ireland, a civilized member of EU, blah, blah, blah, but a land of his ancestors. And he began to play not some hip “celtic” music, but again, music of his ancestors, which was considered to be unintresting and out-of-date. And he celebrated not irishness itself but individuality first of all, and he wasn’t ashamed of his relatives as well as of being himself, even if it meant additional kicks. In your case you act quite opposite, you never miss the oportunity to spit at your native land or at your compatriots, slagging your own culture, history, whatever, trying to distance from everything you belong to by right of birth, attaching yourself to some fairy land of your own naïve dreams.

IrishRover wrote:There aren't 2 histories, although ya have managerial powers, so oif ya say "flowers it pots" then textbooks need to be changed to that - oim sure St. Patrick won't hold it against ya, after all its noicer to read they threw flowers than stones, ay?
If St.Patrick had had manger who had contacted promoters in Ireland before St.Patrick’s tour there... There would not have been stones or any other misunderstanding…

He’d use a girl as a pass to Ireland, nothing else! As the most prominent part of her is her passport.

Oirish - fair play to you fella, and all that - I am curious; do yar speak loike that in roeal loife, loike?

If so, I would just love to hear you and a your band play live. I reckon it would be fucking hillarious (in a good way  )

In fact, I know who I am going to be calling for as the support act on the next Pogues tour .

Oi thought ya had more inner reasoning but obviously it ain't the case. Oi ain't talkin' of UTOPIA, do oi have to translate me every word? Ya haven't experienced the values of dictatorial, totalitarian regime, oif ya had then yad knew what oim talkin' about - oim talkin' of core values not perfect society  Capable adults - so yar the representative? Heard better jokes than this. But yes we agree on sth again, human stupidity and evilness.

Please, don't ya stress Shane, what Shane wanted to stress out oi discovered meself so no, oi don't need ya explaining me Shane's ways, thanks. Stretchin' this thread to the very loimits oi won't repeat what oi am and represent(oi've explained dozens of toimes). Thanks for explaining me whats roight and wrong, realistic and naive etc.
One very outstanding quote of Fintan's, thats extremely dear to me goes loike this:
Fintan wrote:Someone needs to tell someone else to crawl off into a hole and fucking die. You keep on plugging away OirishRover. Fuck the begrudgers right in the ear. There are scum everywhere who have nothing better to do than mock and belittle others through a sense of their own self-righteous imagined superiority. Here in Ozistan, I have watched for years in disgust and loathing as racist, redneck, semi-educated fucktards mock other people who identify themselves culturally as indigenous. Just because a person's skin isn't ebon black does not mean that they are not Aboriginal, either by way of familial descent or by means of cultural self-identification. I empathise with you on this one, comrade. Screw 'em all, and just keep on playing. You'll get there in the end.

Yeah, oi bet yad offer hem a good deal, make good profits outta religion and stuff. Oi never had doubts about that.

Thanks Beisty, yes oi tend to speak woith "oi" in real loife, oi explained it earlier.. No much chance of expressing it here really, official language here is Serbian, so durin' the day oi use it to talk woith Serbs and whenever there was ocassion-gigs etc. tis' me Oirish speech :D

What you are doing is contradicting yourself. Talking about "core values" and condemning your country and culture because of a crappy government and bureaucratic obstacles.
