IrishRover, Zuzana and I were as surprised as you when your petition was removed. I don't know what reason Facebook provided for the removal, but perhaps you'll have success if you use a service specifically built for online petitions. Have you considered re-starting your petition somewhere like iPetitions ( http://www.ipetitions.com/ )? It looks free and claims to have various anti-fraud capabilities built in. Cheers.

DzM, as you are such a great support to Rover I would also like to offer some support. It's alsmost Christmas time and just like you I should show some humanity. Rover, I am very sorry your petition failed. If you need any help to set it up again please give me a shout. Oirish if you see this.....I think your problem was having the N*** word in your petition. I believe it can be reported by other users of FB as hate speech. Once this is done your petition can be removed according to breaking the FB TOS.

Oirish, I believe you're a person of integrity, and that you actually do mean what you say. But if you have gone from Medusa, I'm truly sorry to hear it. And I hope that maybe you can be persuaded to change your mind.

I know nothing of facebook and its rules, so can't comment on what happened there. But, as ever, I wish you well with life, your music and plans for the future, whatever it may bring.

There is no evidence that IrishRover has posted anything since his "I'm leaving forever" message. He has, in fact, left (so far). The all-caps words above appear to be his from his web page, the other text should probably be thought of as a parody or a homage.

To be honest I think I totaly missed this saga alltogether, bit like walking into a bar room brawl aftermath. All I can see is sore heads and broken glasses.
From my point of view this forum ,PRS & FOS list is full of great posters . Some of which write with a pure warmth and impressive
knowledge of a varied amount of subjects, some Pogues related some not .Big up to you all.For those who get it wrong from time too time [myself inculded]
you can always ignore or forgive them as there is always plenty of postive posts to plough through.I would hope that others would be happy to read or
ignore my post as they see fit .Or forgive if I ever get it wrong.People will come and go as in life itself but they are often replaced by new friendships or loves.
