Anyway, I do find you style of writing frustrating to read and this generally causes me to skim your posts a bit more quickly than others. I don't think it is cool if they are getting changed against your will. I do think your posts would get read more with a more standard spelling, but that's your decision.

The way you spell is NOT an approximation of the Irish pronunciation of English any longer. That’s what it was in the beginning. Now it is just mangled English, an utter gibberish. It is the same as if you randomly dropped "o" in front of each "e", or if you randomly dropped "x" after every second letter. Call it your specialty, your deviation or your brainchild - but if you call it "interpretation of spoken Oirish", it is sheer mockery.

Zuzana, I don't see how you arrive at this claim. To my ears and eyes, this DOES approximate the sound of spoken Irish. If it doesn't to you then that just means that there are a great many people from different lands using these fora and their ears are tuned somewhat differently to the sounds of spoken Irish, English, Dutch, Afrikaans and all the rest.

More than that, however, is the guy has the right to do as he likes. If you don't like 'em, don't read 'em. But he sure aint hurting anybody with these posts, so there is no justification for altering them.
