BUT WAIT! There's MORE! The Opening Act, White Rabbits (who, I might add, I quite liked. That double, sometimes triple drum sound was really great.)

Hi,

Did anyone else who went to multiple shows think that Shane was much more lucid the last night than any other night? Also, that Wednesday night the audience seemed rather unenthusiastic, at least up until halfway through the Pogues' set? I felt embarrassed for the band!

I went to Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (I missed Monday because I stupidly waited until it was sold out to try to buy a ticket), but other than that this was my first time seeing the Pogues. Great shows! I've never heard Star of the County Down before. Thanks for putting up the setlists, because I've been trying to figure out what the name of the excellent song that Andrew Ranken sang was. Is there any way to get a recording of it besides trying to buy an out-of-print White City single?

DzM, I thought you took a few pictures of the audience. If you did, do you have one of an Asian girl with a ponytail up front and center? I would really like to have it as my profile picture for various things. Thanks!

Howdy Yinan - I think i do in fact have a shot or two with you in profile. Yelling (or singing, or something) by the looks of things. Keep an eye out over the next several days as the shows get processed and posted.

And speaking of which - Monday Monday Monday! The Pogues Pogues Pogues! And Photos of the Pogues Pogues Pogues! More in this set than the last Set Set Set!

I still think the front-lighting needs to be worked on. The band are all side- and back-lit. A stage with eight Men of Mystery.

And look! It's the Filthy Thieving Bastards too!

Thanks Phillip! I've been avoiding getting the remastered ones for a while because of redundancy. I think I'll start collecting the singles instead. Hope you get well soon, by the way.

Thanks DzM, I'll be sure to keep an eye on your photos!

The remasters sound good, and buying all five of them (in the USofA, all seven of them elsewhere) will be cheaper than buying the various singles. And they've been remastered. Did I mention that they sound really good?

You should also keep an eye out for the box set of rarities next year. All kinds of rare, unreleased stuff coming out then.

Aaaand - Yep. There are some photos of you. Mostly from Wed. That seems to happen if you hold the rail for several nights.

don'y worry

No no. You're being mysterious and nonchalant as you wait for the show to begin.

Mysterious!

'Sides, I'm sure you'll look more engaged on Thursday. :)
