So, what are you waiting for? Book it and come to Sweden for the most unforgetable party of your life :D :D :D


Not to sound spoiled I have already seen the pogues 4 times this year and I dont really have the 180 or so dollars to spend to see 1 band. However if I can get a 1 day pass and there are some other decent acts I am going to consiter it.

I spent a couple of days in Gothenburg about two years ago. I´m glad the festival is in the heart of the city and not somewhere in the suburbs.

I guess Stena Line has some special offers of ferry plus one or two nights in Gothenburg. But maybe a flight is indeed better. I´ll do my best to find out. it would be great to come over. :D

Some good bands there, worth seeing. Also some rubbish, but hey, that's a festival. :wink:

Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

Yupp, can´t you come Firehazard ?

Take the Clan and jump on a plane, Sweden is lovely in Aug. :D would be graet to have you here my friend 8)

Here´s a link for a wery close Hostel. Prices ca 200 - 250 SEK/night (£15 -20)

Someone just sent me a text saying if I'm going i'll have to take out a loan to get pissed.. are the beers really that expensive? My norwegian mate was saying that in her town they're like £7 a pint..

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Norway IS expensive.

Sweden Lager prices Pint about £ 3 - 3.50 Guinness £4.

the liqure store price for a pint of lager £ 0.75 - 1 Guinness 1.50
