Thanks for all the photos, DzM.

And wobbly crowds are always the best crowds.

My thanks too DZM, my favourite is undoubtedly the one with Mr C standing to one side looking at the fellahs across the stage. Magic!

This one is my favorite (so far). It's saccharine sweet, but it's got a really nice feel to it.

I've got one coming in the Thursday set that's of special interest, I think, to Philip and his haberdasher (or at least his hatter).

That is indeed a LOVELY shot, DzM. Really sums up lots of the mood of the song too. :)

It is indeed a splendid photo. I don't know if it's deliberate but the not quite black and white effect is terrific.

I think it's great that DzM gets to shoot 'em and we get to see 'em. :D

Hey, I'm in that crowd shot. Right behind the guy on the left.

Now I know who you were!

"So long San Francisco!"

This is the largest set that I've uploaded from the Fillmore. This is in no small part due to Murder By Death very graciously letting me share their balcony for the latter half of the show. And sharing their beer. And the Jim Beam. And of course becoming Best Friends Forever ("BFF Matt!"). And letting me totally nerd at William E. Whitmore when he showed up. And of course having this conversation:

Them: I love these guys! And right fucking now they're playing my favorite song. Like, my favorite song of any band. These guys are awesome!
Me: They are fucking awesome! I think, right now, this is my favorite song too!
Them: Wait! No! Now it's this song! This song is my favorite!
Me: Mine too! No! Wait! This one they just started!
Them: Yeah! Me too!

So - Hey! Murder By Death! You guys kick ass! Thanks!

Favorites from this set are (categorized):
