Thank You !!! I had this song running through my head for most of the trip, and for days afterwards. It was a highlight for me on the 14th.
Canta, no llore.

Nice one :)
It's a pity that the Pogues didn't filmed the concerts at Brixton this year.
And it is a terrible mistake that the band didn't film these concerts for a DVD-release.
They missed it 2001, 2004 & now 2005.
I understand that they are filming a documentary about this tour 2005.
But are they also filming a full concert somewhere on this tour?
Manchester?
Cheerrss!!
Then they'll take you to Cloughprior and shove you in the ground. But you'll stick your head back out and shout "We'll have another round"

They filmed a complete gig in Dublin with 3 cameras most of the time but I don't think it will be a full dvd. Just think Fairytale will be on a dvd

We filmed every show on the tour to a greater or lesser extent. What does or does not end up in the eventual movie is in the hands of Tom and Nora.

However, it is still our plan to release Manchester 04 on DVD, perhaps as early as March 2006. Watch this space.

Hey Mr Chevron you should incorporate the new footage into a new TEN hour Beatles Anthology style official band history film. Clips interviews videos from all the years ending in a triumphant reunion concert. 'Completely Pogued' and the various Shane docs are inadequate

Mr C have you thought about filming and releasing Live On Paddy's Day in NYC 06, much more of a sense of occasion that Manchester in december? And you could use lots of footage of the parades and all the mad Yank paddys day shenanagins. would make a better movie IMO.
