I cannot even begin to tell you how good this show was, I thought it's be a real struggle to beat last years performance at the same venue. For a start they'd knocked 50p off the price of a can of guinness. Things could only get better. Again I'd brought my two daughters aged 10 and 8. Holly, the eldest, a fine judge of Shane, having had her wall papered with his head on all four and the ceiling since her first gig aged 7 asked "Why isn't Shane drunk?" - Although probably watered on a few Martini's I have to agree the bloke was back to his growling snarling best. Hannah's highlight, Great daddy, Mr Chevron's singing Thousand's, just like on the live Brixton CD in my bedroom. Totally Fantastic Evening. The sound, atmosphere and general good feeling were superb. Can't face another one, (Christmas, that is) without this annual pick-me-up. Rule forever boys, Thats how to gig![/i]

great show - is a great venue - thought it was going to be like wembley arena with the no drinking and smoking on the floor caper but no - we had these beer dodgem blokes going round - top notch !

I'm 21 and I fucking love it. The Pogues appeal to a lot of ages. And I hope they come back every year..forever!
