That's so spiffy! Cheers, Philip!

That, without a doubt, is the coolest thing I've read on Medusa!

The show was amazing and Dropkick did a good job of it...they still are far from my favorite band but they do one good gig live...Thanks to Mr. Chevron for reading out the names, nice to be recognized, although I forgot I was from Victoria. Ella was INCREDIBLE or at least I thought so, she sounded great and is truly stunning. Great show overall and Brixton should be just as good!

I was at tonight's gig and it was amazing, as both a DKM fan and a Pogues fan i had one of the best nights of my life. Was thrown about like a psycho during Irish Rover. Was sweatin like a pig and was amazed at Fairytale of Newyork, especially when the Fuax Snow rained over the crowd.

Best gig I've been to

live shows

Went to both shows /both absolutely brilliant, wasn't much difference in set list ,apart from Old Maine Drag being played ,but no Brown Eyes or Boys From County Hell , Dropkicks sound was a lot better as well,But preferred 1st nights selection of songs,How about a return for the Glasgow Celtic Connections Festival early in the new year .Could be used as a limber up for the American dates . More importantly how about some new material .Phil Chevron if you see this message , THANKS for 2 great nights .Hope to see many more Pogues concerts, all the best ....

Trouble at 13/12 Glasgow gig

Post Thu Dec 15, 2005 1:41 pm

Hi All

I'm looking for a bit of help. My brother and I were at the Glasgow 13th gig. And something happened about four songs in at the front that ended with my brother being ejected! he has told me that he was holding on the barrier and was told to remove his hand from the bar by the steward, he told the steward that it was to steady himself the steward lunged at him in an attempt to pull him from the crowd he released the bar and walked back, tried to find me (I was at the toilet). At which point he was rugby tackled and physically ejected by four stewards. If anyone saw any of this could you let me know what you saw as I’m trying to make sense of it.

Thanks for your help
