I'll second that, although it is just not the same with out Philip singing 1000s. Shane did 1000s, very well I might add, and great to hear Andrew sing "Star" and Terry on "Ned". A splendid evening had by all. And meeting so many Medusans for the first time, excellent night.

How about a full report someone, if anyone is still on their feet! Or a set list would be good. What else was added to the normal list apart from "Star", thats one of my all time favourites. So wish I could be there. Enjoy tonight you lucky people, I'm sure this is going to be an all time classic live album.

I'm about to crash, however I will tell you Ella Finer did join Shane for FONY. She looked and sounded so lovely that even Shane, along with everyone else, was entranced with her and he forgot to jump back in when his line came up. I would not mind a bit if tonight's version made the DVD as it was still a thing of beauty.

Simon, come find us at Kitty O'Sheas (only a block from the venue) before the show and say hello, just shout "looking for Medusans" if you don't see us right away, although the Swede's are hard to miss as they will be singing Pogues songs at the top of their lungs.

Great show last night, set list was started with Streams, finished with Fiesta and did loads of others inbetween.

I have been to Paris several times before, but never at this time of year, is it common for it to snow here in early September? :P

Thought that it was a slightly older than normal crowd last night, though just as lively.

It made a change to see the singer under the spotlight, he even took his shades off for the second half of the show (maybe thiught that Spider may try and seek revenge for the New Orleans gig a few years ago.

A fabulous night. Thought the crowd were wonderful and up with the best I've seen. Met a few Medusans - a special mention to Fr.McGreer a legend. Favourites from the night......The Body of an American and Sick Bed.
