you know you've been to a great show, when it's two days later and you still can't think about anything else but! thank you Zagreb for hauling these bastards over (lord knows it will be hundreds of years befor Slovenian organizers arrange anything of the sort) and thanks Pogues for a terrific evening and for bringing Shane along, it was an honour to jump so close to pure genius. and thank you Shane for putting life to words in such a beautiful way. this was my favourite concert so far and I look forward to anything that could top it. 'cause it would have to be pretty damn awesome!! maybe another Pogues show... =D oh, yeah, and thanks for playing Kitty, I was kinda bummed, when I heard it wasn't on the Munich setlist... it was the second slice of lemon in an already tasty gin tonic. =)

They all seem to have fallen for the old give-them-the-wrong-setlist-and-see-if-they-notice trick.

wow, great, so i wasnt that drunk then.
cuz today while i was reading review in "jutarnji list", was thinkin whether phillip himself and 6000 people there were listening to another setlist than aleksandar dragas, the reviewer. in the article he said he was drinking only water durinh show so that must be the reason his brain melted an concentration wasnt good enough to compare the given list with the one played.
or... we all were so drunk?..

Your croatian is getting better day by day, I was hoping you wouldn't notice that. But, besides that setlist fail, the reviews are very good.

MY HEART IS FULL.

The band was awesome as far as I'm concerned. It is being reported that there were some dropping notes(mainly caused by Shane going out of tune) here and there, but nothing major. I don't really keep track of these moments. It was my first Pogues gig, as someone said love sees roses without thorns. The whole night, and day after (got back at 6 a.m. and had no sleep on 36 Celsius degrees) still seems like a dream.

Phill, thanks a million for the joyful noise!

It would hardly be a proper Pogues gig if it lacked reports of dropping notes. But anyone can drop a note, the real trick is recovering the note before the bar finishes.
