Well, Moscow holds the 3rd place in the world for traffic jams (after Beijng and Johannesburgh). Poor heritage of the communist past and wild capitalism of the 90's. I think that rainy Sunday they weren't that big. Especially if you come to the club by the Metro

Philip, you all were really great, many thanks for your great commitment. I hope you will come to Moscow another time. I woke up on MONDAY morning and found myself really happy (does it happen to you often on MONDAY morning?:-) So did my friends that'd seen THE POGUES live. One the happiest moments in my life was the 'Fiesta' and the whole second encore.

By the way: was you 1.5 hour delay connected to piano breakage?

By the way, the break-up rumours have obviously spread even to the faraway eastern lands:
Incidentally, do you know that we probably saw the last Pogues gig at the European continent? They have several gigs in Britain and Ireland scheduled and then they wil break up again. And it is not certain they wil get back together once again. (quote from the LiveJournal link posted above)

The rumour mill is truly effective. Or perhaps the desire to have witnessed a truly historic gig is strong.
