Really enjoyed the show.. Band seemed to enjoy themselves as well. Funny how Shane, Spider and Daryl attempted to read someones Massachusetts liscence on stage as it was their birthday. I though it seemed a tad oversold which is good for the profits i guess. Great show. thanks to Phil and crew. Also loved Titus Andronicus. Looking forward to seeing them as well tomorrow night

That's great news. What time did Titus come on, I really want to see them and I usually have an amazing ability to miss the support act. They do tend to stuff the House to the gills which is another good reason to get there reasonably early. Def glad I got my first floor tix!!

Yes, GREAT show last night...odd how tame it was up front until "Sunny Side," then it got proper. The band (as always) were incredible and Shane was in as good of form as I've ever seen him. "Matilda" was brilliant.

Can't wait for tonight and the elderly side of me is liking the earlier set times for tonight's show...

Is there specific Parting Glass 2011 merchandise? If this really is the last tour I should probably get a commemorative T shirt

Tonight's doors open an hour earlier (6pm) and the Pogues go on at 9. Last night, they were scheduled to start at 9:30 and (lo and behold) came on EXACTLY at 9:30.

An incredible show last night. Place was packed and the band was awesome. I would even say the "Singer was great, the band was great and tears were shed for the Famine".

Some highlights and observations from the Friday show. Shane sounded and did great. As always, the rest of the band was awesome, Tuesday Morning featured some great playing from Terry and Matilda really highlighted Jem on banjo. Mr. Chevron had the crowd dancing during Repeal. Thousands was a special moment for me as Mr. Chevron dedicated it to my ill mom. James Fearnley's knees continue to be a miracle of modern science-I have no idea how the hell he can kneecap himself and still walk. Having London Girl and Matilda in the set for the first time in decades made the set fresh. Even thought for a moment Shane and Spider were going to do an impromptu version of "Dirty Water"

I know Boston doesn't want the Pogues to go gracefully into the night. We want you back in 2012!!

Thank you Pogues, my first show and it lived up to all I wanted it to be. You were definitely on my bucket list and it was all I wanted and more. I hope you come back again! Irish Rover and Rainy Night were the highlights for me, Congrats on a great show only wish I was looking forward to more.
