My daughter sent me, on facebook, that awful Bowie and Bing Crosby xmas song..I started playing it without realising what it was..now the bastard's stuck in me 'ead! AGH!!!

So, there I was, after years of not listening to anything by the Pogues, not even on the radio, not even on Christmas (!), out of nowhere Thousands are Sailing came to my mind. And it really stuck in there. Had to dig out all my dusty Pogues' cd's...
Must be the old habit of having some shows for Christmas that triggered the thought
