Eagerly awaiting a picture of you in spider suit over on the "good pictures of anything" thread...

I am very much hoping that any such photos have been destroyed. Cast into the fiery chasm of Mount Doom, preferably.

The costume wasn't exactly cool. It was also very difficult to sit down while wearing it.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

Anyone around NYC the first two weeks of Dec/Daily Show Tixs
http://www.thedailyshow.com/tickets

I just wonder if they herd everyone into a small room to stand around another 45 minutes like Colbert. 8)
That part sucks.

Just watched the Colbert / Moz interview. I know a lamb that's a fucking asshole...

It's ok, the wave was between 1 and 3 feet only. Vancouver was never in the danger zone, it was north - like Prince Rupert & Northern Vancouver Island (note: the city of Vancouver is NOT on Vancouver Island, we're on the mainland. That always confused me as an eastern Canadian child). Apparantly the tremors from the earthquake were felt as far east as Prince George, though, so it was a biggie. 7.7 or something. I can report that the Strathcona Halloween Family Dance here in my neighbourhood was unaffected, as the wee Meridas and Harry Potters were ALREADY rocking the dance floor.

Don't think we will be hearing Rock and Roll Pt. 2 again anytime soon. Gary Glitter arrested again-part of the BBC case.

That earthquake the other day, though, is another good argument for NOT putting a bloody oil pipeline through the province! What not just drop a nuclear power plant on that fault line too, while we're at it, that always ends well...

About 6 weeks back, we found a cat..it followed us home..we took it in etc..went on holiday and left a small window open..got a neighbour to freshen up water and dry food.. no appearance from the cat for almost a week after we came back..then it waltzed in last night as if nothing had happened..its asleep on the bed now..I call it Mrs Miggins..after the pieshop owner in Blackadder.

Well, it's not for everyone. Do you even get enough snow to like and enjoy it? :) For me, anything under 20cm just messes everything up. The roads are filthy, my dog is dirty, people seem to forget how to drive, etc. :) But otherwise I love it as much as I love the sun :D

I would take -9 degrees and snow over +9 and rain (which is typical Vancouver winter weather) any day. I miss the snow, and how bright it is on snowy days.

My 8 year old nephew informed me that Barackolli Obomb will beat Rott Mitney.
