Invader Zim is a child-friendly (ish) cartoon inspired by two books by Jhonen Vazquez: Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors. I have found them both to be really entertaining. I think you'd enjoy them.

I've been MIA for a few days as I underwent surgery to have a fatty fat tumor removed from my fatty fat abdomen. Eventually I will have a sexy scar to show for it, but right now, it's just a wound. It was barely a thing, and now I just wait to hear if there is anything to worry about, though all signs point to "rest easy."

Sexy scars are good. Hope all goes well for you.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

I was bit by a snake on Saturday. I was doing yardwork with headphones on; had my hand down in some bushes and felt a really painful prick on my finger. never saw a snake and thought it was a thorn at first. hurt like a mofo. after it started swelling and turning purple I decided to go to the ER where they confirmed it was a snake bite. luckily I did not get enough venom to do lasting damage or I might have lost a finger or hand; or so they told me.

HA! I've been off sick...been doooooooooooooooooooooown in the black pit...but i'm back and mad as a mad bastard!
Got all messed up with turning 55 and living in a scabby one-bedroom flat, with no car, no job and being crippled up with bad health...now diagnosed with arthritis...then BOOOIIING!! Hello chaps, chapesses and hermaphrodites...You just gotta keep bouncing back and lookin' em straight in the eye and sayin'...poguemahone yer fookers!
