Made me think about this one:

LIMITED EDITION BRIAN SETZER SIGNATURE SERIES HOT ROD CREEPERS BY T.U.K.

I can't imagine why anybody would buy shoes like that?

Due to volcanic ash, UK airspace is now officially closed till at least Saturday.
Which means the Rest of the World is completely isolated!

Living on the flight path to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, I have noticed that it has been strangely quiet out there for the last few days. :|

Just think of all the air pollution that is being avoided by not flying planes. For 48 hours after 9/11 our skies were much clearer because the air was freer of particles. Of course there's the small matter of volcanic ash. 8) But it's natural, right?

'Tis the earth's revenge. A sort of spring-clean? A detox?

Absolutely. Talk about a cure for acid indigestion.

Haha, that's a way to think about it.

Anyway, not sure where else to put this, but I'm loving the "quick reply" function we now have :)

Have you ever eaten one Sportin' Life? It's a handful even when flaccid. Did you watch the video and see how they pulled the skin off? These animals eat, breathe and reproduce with their erect appendages poking up through the sand while the rest of their body stays put under the sand for 200 years or so. Well, keeping that huge neck erect would drain the blood from their brain which is probably why they have no brain. Fascinating.

Ha! I just clicked on this thread to write something else and then got reminded of this thing. I will definitely try to eat one next time I'm out Seattle way.

Hmm. Maybe to you. I lived through my twenties as a male, so all that doesn't seem so strange to me. :D

What I really got on here for, was to wish all the Mothers out there a happy day!

I got up early to wrap a package and write a card from me and one from the twins, but now I am just letting them all sleep. Its almost 6:30, maybe I should make some pancakes.
