Dickie Lull wrote:''Corki and the Juice Kings'' by the band of the same name, does anyone know if this band released any other albums?

Yeah, they had a tape before & another album after, "Pants"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corky_and_the_Juice_Pigs#Albums

I'm from Toronto originally, used to see those guys all the time. They were hilarious. They actually made some videos, check the youtube.

Don't know about the other two, but i know Seán Cullen still does comedy, I hear him on the (amazing) CBC show "The Debaters" often.

Looks like Phil Nichol is still in the game too:

Gypsy Hotel Volume 1 - Bourbon Soaked Snake Charmin' Rock'n'Roll Cabaret. Recommended by John C in another thread, and featuring Spider singing a track.

Found a great little music store in Paris called Croco Disc, 42 Rue des Ecoles. Picked up Max Romeo Crazy World of Dub on vinyl and headed back in next few days as they have a huge reggae collection.
And I don't want no grave
Just throw my ashes in the field
And hope there's some soul left to save

Gillian Welch: The Harrow and the Harvest

First album for eight years from Ms Welch and Mr Rawlings. I'd almost (if never quite) forgotten how much I love this woman's voice.

What a great album that is. Thank you so much for the preview. We will definitely be buying that one.

Btw, I went to a brewpub the other day and the bar keep was playing one of Will's albums that I haven't even heard yet -- I think it was an older one. Anyways, the bartender says he is a big fan as well. I even hear him on the college radio occasionally, so I think he is making some inroads. Best.
