Of course it could be just one of those vanishing tricks. In which case he'll be back in a minute.

[quote="Low D"]Frank Sinatra Jr, age 72.

Or as Paulie Walnuts called him "Chairboy of the Board". Always thought Frank Jr. was a class act, he had an enormous shadow over him being Frank's son.

"Toronto's Crack Smoking [former] Mayor" Rob Ford has died of cancer, aged 46. Personally, I would have preferred it had been a drug deal involved shoot out, but the important thing is he's gone, and hopefully his attempt to bring brutal right wing populist politics to Toronto politics dies with him. Good riddance.

I like to think of him as "Canada's Donald Trump."

I don't wish death on anyone, and that sucks for him and his family. Never-the-less - "Canada's Donald Trump dies in drug fueled shootout with police" would be an awesome headline.

That's true, and now instead everybody will be lining up to say nice things about him, with no serious critical analysis. Although, if it means an end to shock-jock right wing populist politics being pushed on the Metro Toronto scene, then I suppose it's a small price to pay.
