I hope they found a way to rest in peace a while ago just knowing their own innocence, and not waiting for the crown to give them the peace that they deserved. It certainly wasn't the crown's peace to mete.

Still I am glad that the study exonerated them. Credit where credit is due.

Manchester comedian Chris Sievey (the alter ego of cult figure Frank Sidebottom) died at his home in Hale, Cheshire. The 54 year old had recently had an operation to remove a tumour from his chest and was undergong chemotherapy.

My young friend John McAteer, who I last saw at the March 2009 Pogues show. Never was quite able to escape being from Charlestown. Just thirty years old. Hope you are at peace now with your parents.

Found out recently, my faithful ol' dog...Knacker...died last christmas...loved that dog...

Yes, very sad. "Probie" was a definite top 5 all-time fighter, with some of the Probie-Tony Twist battles among my favorites...
