But none of that mattered - stellar show! These guys are very much NOT phoning it in. I mean, Terry might seem it, but then disinterested is his style so it's hard to tell, innit? Horace was unstoppable, playing double time on the bass, Lynval was all over the place dancing while playing, and cheerleading the whole event. Neville was missed at times, like during "Rich Girl", but Lynval covered some of his parts well (that guy stole the show, far as I'm concerned). The peak, for me, was Sterotype > Stereo Dub > Man At C & A >, followed by Do Nothing. The band's ability to play dub versions live was amazing, and their dancing during those was hilarious.
Havn't been to a show with Skinheads (of any description) in a long time. I've realized i don't miss them at all!
Thanks for the review - I just got tix to see them in NYC on July 17th - even more psyched now!
