Ulysses - Milo O'Shea as Leopold Bloom etc. Enjoyed this very much. Nowhere near as satisfying as the book, amd I found the costumery unsettling because of its modernity. Otherwise, it was lovely seeing Sandycove and Dublin in black and white form several decades ago. Worth a watch for Joyce fans.

Wow. Haven't seen that one for awhile. My old band Friction opened for the Members in Philadelphia shortly after they appeared in that. Who else is in it...XTC? Gang of Four?

I watched "Sweet Bird of Youth" last night. Seemed a bit like Tennessee was repeating himself. I think I would've liked it better in black & white.
Disclaimer: These are my opinions and not fact as realised in these here United States, lest I give my friends the idea that everyone thinks like me.

Gang of Four, Oingo Boingo, X, XTC, The Police (back when Sting didn't have the sneak getting his music into record and tape collections), DEVO, Gary Numan, The Go-Gos, The Cramps, etc.
