80s Memorabilia

Sincere apologies if breaking any rules or posted in wrong section (mods please do delete if necessary) but just came on to alert that I've decided to part with a few gig promo posters, ticket stubs, official t-shirt and also a bootleg from 80s if anyone is interested?

Would rather they pass on to another fan than sit in my loft for another 30 years.....

Thanks in advance for any interest.

I want to have all of these. I shall not though. And now I am sad.

Good luck with the auctions!

Thanks - and thanks also for letting me put on here.

Is it because you're offshore you're ruling yourself out? If so, and they don't go in auction, by all means let me know if interested. I'm keen they go to a fan, ideally someone who was also there, but really to anyone who will be able to display/wear. I'm ruled out by wife and body respectively  . The recording is decent enough though for a bootleg copy. Picked that up in Camden Market a few months later.

Just found another t-shirt in a box, now listed separately. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112019520297? ... 1555.l2649

Thanks again

No, though my remoteness partially contributes.

Mostly it's that I can no longer justify buying posters just for the sake of having them (I have several posters from the 2006-9 gigs too, still in tubes, not being displayed at all). Doesn't really matter how badly I covet them (and believe me, I am so very much coveting that RS&tL poster).

I share your pain. It's that knowledge that you have too much stuff, all treasured in its way but now hidden away... posters, ticket stubs, badges, promotional stuff. And that cupboard stuffed with all the T-shirts that seem mysteriously to have shrunk of their own accord...

Good luck with the auction, suss. Hope your stuff does find a home with a fan who is able truly to treasure it. 8)

Cheers - appreciate the wellwishing and shared sentiment. Had to laugh at t-shirt comment. I'm frankly amazed they ever fitted!
