I've heard that sometimes the tears of those poor people working in the factories in China find their way into Apple products and muck things up...
And I don't want no grave
Just throw my ashes in the field
And hope there's some soul left to save

I learned today that sometimes some things change for some reason but other times other things change for other reasons, sometimes, and sometimes when someone is bored they change things just for the heck of it.

Change is like entropy. It happens.

Yes, Leicester's very own Gerry Dorsey as was. Perhaps you thought he was a figment of Joe Orton's imagination?

Leicesters very own 'Hump'[25th out of 26, sigh...]was actually born in India, but so was my Mother. But the best singer to come out of Leicester is not the sideburned one with a face that looks like it was created by Gerry Anderson, the singer i refer to is the legendary Roger Chapman of Family and Chapman-Whitney Streetwalkers fame.

I have learned that Quickbooks has some limitations, specifically with use of online banking data, and it specifically affects the way you process transactions for Trust accounting.

35 hours later, at the end of a sunny lovely weekend, i was done manually re-entering 2 1/2 years of past Trust account transactions for our little refugee law firm in advance of a law society audit.

This morning I learned that a kitty's paw is just as effective as a human's on a capacitive touch screen. My phone rang at 6:30 am EDT - apparently Birdy the cat, resident of San Francisco, was playing "pat the shiny thing" while the rest of the household was off in Dreamland...

I can imagine. You should've seen the fun when our resident cat managed to press the right combination of buttons on the keyboard to rotate the screen of one of the girls' laptops. It took a lot longer for said daughter to work out how to rotate it back. Thus proving, obviously, that cats are far more intelligent than humans.

Heh! How long did it take to figure out that the cat was responsible?
