I must report that (to my horror) I have just listened (on a Washington, DC) public radio station) to a replay of a 1954 broadcast of a Liberace Thanksgiving-themed show.

He played "Turkey in the Straw," "Shine on, Harvest Moon" and -- perhaps most horrifyingly -- "Come on-a My House" (made famous by Rosemary Clooney).

Have you seen the DVD of Hurt? It was included w/some of the American IV cds. It's very touching.
