Better than his anti-lockdoen tracks with Clapton?

Never not awesome. I feel my college angst coming back.

On YouTube.

The Long Beach Southwest Airlines counter in the Oakland airport has a Motown Christmas display that puts all the rest to shame. Which is neither here nor there. :P

IKR.

The desk agent never fucked off and moved and I don’t like to take pictures of people without their permission.

Now, I do have a vintage picture I took of the Soup Nazi ...after... he tried to keep my change.
Their counter system was bizarre. Too many people up front.

Nobody needs bread, an orange and a chocolate with soup either. An orange? 8)

Number One son and I happily remembering Fintan singing The Wild Colonial Boy and playing guitar in a boozer in Dublin before a gig at the point a long time back. Happy Days!

Song: Gecko
Artist: The Creatures

I swear I've spent years thinking there was some naughty allusions to fruit in this song and have finally searched out the lyrics. Turns out what I've always heard as An erotic banana / A passion fruit center (which, somehow, seemed like a fruit-obsessed ode to genitals that Georgia O'Keefe might have somehow been involved with) is, in fact, panoramic banana / a passion fruit samba. That's not sexy-times fruit at all.

Ah, misheard lyrics are a thing of joy.

Just remembering how the hazardettes, when tiny, used to sing along happily in the back of the car with Ian Dury & The Blockheads, "hit me with your ribbon stick".

I don't mean Mr Dury and the band were in the back of the car. That would be crowded. Listening to it now, anyway.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

It would have been doubly confusing since you'd think Mr. Drury would know those lyrics weren't right. And also would be crowded.
