I remember this song, but I didn't know it was by Lords of the New Church, and I knew of Lords of the New Church but didn't realize it was a supergroup of former punk bands. I thought they were goths. And I remember hearing that Stiv Bators died but I didn't know how until just now. That was sad to read. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't tend to him at the hospital on purpose with lyrics like these. And I can even understand how his girlfriend would want to snort some of his ashes. It must have been really difficult to deal with him dying so suddenly and unexpectedly.

Okay, weird, now I just learned another something new. Just learned that members of Stiv Bators' earlier band the Dead Boys were in Dave Thomas of Pere Ubu's earlier band Rocket From The Tombs, so the Dead Boys and Pere Ubu played some of the same songs as their earlier band. Someone said about Rocket From The Tombs "Two of them formed the Dead Boys and the rest became Pere Ubu. The Dead Boys took this song and "Ain't it Fun" and Ubu took "30 Seconds Over Tokyo" and "Life Stinks."
