"Go Out & Plow" by Fred Eaglesmith.

From a bootleg (live @ the Black Sheep Inn, Quebec 9/3/99). There was something very special in the harmonies of Fred with Willie P. Bennett & Washboard Hank. I guess since all three of 'em are able to sing a whole night on their own, that's a good start to a vocal trio. But Willie's gone, Fred's voice is kind of shot, and i guess "nobody's ever gonna sing those songs that way again" (Fredheads will know that's a line from "Carter", which happens to be on the first disc of this show).

Yes, it was. And I'm sure I'd been listening to the Ramones earlier. I think these guys are possibly the Ramones' grandchildren.

Currently listening to the wind. It's blowing a gale here this morning. Need to put on some music to distract me.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

Withered and Died,KATE RUSBY sings Richard Thompson, a superb cover version of a truly wonderful song,the original version by Richard and Linda Thompson is still the definite version[of course] a certain Imposter aka Elvis Napolean Dynamite has also recorded this ditty....
