Instagram doesn't allow remote linking, but here's the cover art to the long forgotten Shane MacGowan solo album from the 1980s. The synth pop masterpiece, Kung Fu Nation. Includes the single (She's my) Black Belt Baby. Not sure if Contact Yourself made it on this or not.
