A bit of googling for Pogues stuff today led me to discover a website selling this. "CD Newcastle Hells Ditch Tour. Inc. Lorca's Norvello, Careless
Whisper
Ltd Edn. 100 copies Only (CD-R) 15.00" l

" Lorca's Norvello" leads me to believe that the bootlegger wasnt the most diligent fella in terms of noting down the correct track names, but can it be possible that our heroes had a stab at the George Michael school disco classic?

edit:heres the link, btw

Now that you mention it, yes. Not the whole song I suspect. We sometimes slipped into the sax break.

I may be going mad (very probably!), but didn't Daryl do a funky version of Careless Whisper in the middle of Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah?
