"London Calling" 7incher...

Post Wed Oct 17, 2012 7:45 pm

Spotted this earlier in the week...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JOE-STRUMMER- ... 58968f0c82

Never seen it before (and sadly can't afford it).

Anyone seen it before? Is it new or just obscure and old?

It's been around about 7 or 8 years. I got it for the cover.

It IS a nifty cover. I've never seen it pop up on the 'Bay before... no doubt it'll come round again at some point though.

So, have you got a secret archive (perhaps in the basement somewhere) of obscure Pogues products, like that weird bit in Kiss Exposed where they've got the roomful of old VHS recordings and the creepy Ace Frehley doll hanging from the ceiling?

(Not that I'm assuming you have seen said film)

I'm now mulling over the dubious marketing potential of a Shane MacGowan Action Man doll...
