Not a Pogues song, only Shane's... and not even performed by him. But I thought it worth posting since it's the only cover version of The Dunes I've heard so far. By a Moscow band called Si Mhor:

I posted this elsewhere but it seems appropriate here

It is the Decemberists playing Sickbed

Thanks, Nate!
Good band, the Decemberists... hadn't realised they'd covered this.

I’ve finally managed to get hold of a Czech cover version of The Pogues song – maybe the only one that has ever been recorded here? The Czech band Tři Sestry covered The Sunnyside Of the Street: It’s called Sluneční strana ulice (literal translation of the English name). Lucky everybody who cannot understand the lyrics – it sounds as if the guys stuffed the original English text into a translating machine and didn’t bother to do much else. Anyway, the song can be downloaded here as well as nice funny Czech cover versions of two traditionals also performed by The Pogues or Shane – South Australia and Nancy Whiskey.

Update: I’ve also uploaded the three songs to Kufen’s FTP.

I like it tons more than the 3rd eye blind cover of it. It's not that bad actually... i like the music in it, not so much the vocals

just listened to this version the first time. The first 30 sec sounded...oh well, but then...the first rockabilly version of Fairytale I heard.
Ecellent stuff
