:) Here in gool old Anglophonic Oz, it's always been to rhyme with 'key'. My first time at Circular Quay in Sydney, as a child, I asked my Nana (bless her) what a 'kway' was, and she corrected me.
Years later, I hear the Irish pronunciation, and wonder at how much of it is, shall we say, poetic-linguistic lincense - in order to make it rhyme with words such as 'tea' etc. :lol:
