I'm surprised at myself that I'd not mentioned this. Hallways of Always is an EP (10"/CD), recorded and produced by another of my nephews, Luke Tweedy (the artist who created the sculptures gracing the covers of Will's three Southern releases.) This recording is a collaboration with Jenny Hoyston of Erase Errata and Paradise Island. More info at:

Three of the six tracks are duets. The first two are songs written by Jenny and have a much different sound than fans are accustomed to, but I like them very much. Track 3 is Will's Black Iowa Dirt, which is generally his closing tune in these parts, and a real crowd favorite. Track 4 is solo Jenny about her father's death, I think, and track 5 is a duet of Will's Marrow, which is an old song that is much improved with a female voice. I think it is the highlight of the record. The final track is an instrumental. You can listen to blurbs of the songs at Amazon.
