traditional Irish stuff...

my other favourite bands? quite a varied selection - I like Keane, RE.M, Extreme, Crowded House - possibly my second fave next to the pogues, Bowie,
the clash,Elvis Costello, Tears For Fears, Aerosmith are OK - thats pretty much all I listen to
The Boy's of the NYPD choir Were Singing Galway Bay, and The Bells were Ringing out for Christmas Day.

Shane and popes,the waterboys,the bothy band,van morrison,andy irvine,planxty,the clash,tom waits,steve earle,woody guthrie,pearl jam,the stone roses,the smiths,u2,the woods band,cara dillon,nick cave,luke kelly

Pogues are my favouite band but the waterboys fishermans blues is a unique creation and my favourite album ever.
