I'm not sure of the exact dates, but I know Ed Kuepper, a founding member of seminal Brisbane punk band The Saints and subsequent performer of some damn fine post-punk (including the Aints and Laughing Clowns) and all matter of fantastic and eclectic solo offerings, is supporting Cave for some European dates....This is a real treat in my opinion - I saw him earlier this year - he's fucking fantastic, and his new(ish) album Jean Lee and The Yellow Dog has been getting rave reviews. I assume many of you Medusans already knew that Mick Harvey left the Bad Seeds a couple of weeks ago....well his replacement has been announced....

Ed Kuepper has played in some fantastic bands in the past, including the seminal line-up of the Saints, The Laugfhing Clowns and also has a bunch of awesome solo tunes....Plus he's a top bloke....I believe Nick Cave &TBS are playing some European festivals including Oxygen and T in the Park soonish...

It's a brutal little film. Have you read his book, "And the Ass Saw the Angel"? It's good, but very uncomfortable.
