Psych assessment, step-by-step reintegration into 'normal' society, planning a regimen of counselling, medication/meditation and some hard work to rebuild/repair the shattered and dameged life/lives I've fucked up around me. Your support has been a blessing, however undeserved, and I thank you for it.
