UPDATE:

Elke is real, not a "fake friend" and she really is concerned for Craig. I went to Dublin and found him busking away on Molly's statue yesterday (friday). We had lunch together and a good chat. Very civillised
He's doing ok, but a run of bad luck (including phone and wallet stolen) has left him kind of stranded in Dublin. It's a long story about the return flight that never was

It seems like he's made some good friends along the way and won't be short of somewhere to stay. Also Elke appears to have the funds for a flight home sorted.

Watch this space for the next chapter, or wait for the book

Well at least one of us has the good sense to fix the world. Hip-hooray to Fr. McGreer and Molly Malone. Elke hope it all goes well. You must indeed be a good friend. See you back here soon Craig and keep your head down until then.

Here's to wishing Craig the best for 3 more days. Also that he makes it on time for this flight!

Good news Craig's on his way home. Wonder what will happen next on the raft...

Don't talk for him. He does enough of that himself.

Craig - don't miss the flight and enjoy yourself in the last cupla days if poss. Look forward to hearing from you. "I was busking right, and, .. "

Craig's flight this Thursday did not work out.

He's now scheduled to fly home on Friday 30th. One more week to busk his way to infamy. I feel a "Carry On Ceaser" pun coming........ "Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for me"

This saga is still running............(sorry, couldn't resist that one Jenny)

Anyone in Dublin that can drop a few coins (or a sandwich) in the guitar case out near the Molly Malone statue could help keep him going.
(Yes I just shamelessly plugged for him)
