The drums on that are amazing - played so quiet but recorded so loud it sounds like your head is inside the drum. Simply amazing.

Is true-did you instantly pick up the Galway Races connection? I certainly didn't consciously- it just sounded like the kind of song the Pogues could "kick down the stairs" or however Billy B put it.

I did. But then, I am a big geek. Or maybe i just listened to IISFFGWG every day for a year or so when i first got it. Maybe.
