Q duets - your voice can be decisive

Post Thu Jul 10, 2008 7:12 pm

Q's current edition is duet themed issue. On their site, in addition, you can listen to 20 of what they think the greatest pairings in music history (the finest collaborations of all time, the perfect union of two - often unlikely - voices) and choose the bestest.

FTONY is #3 now. If it makes your blood boil and you are not fed up with different votings yet, you can try to change something..

Just saw the print version with their top 20, or whatever. Rankings are so stupid. Fairytale ended up at #2 though.
#1 is a Nancy Sinatra/Lee Hazelwood number that I have no cognition of. Does anyone know it?

It's just further evidence that Q is for muppets. No Otis & Carla either.

Yes, it's not as good as Fairytale but is deserved of a Top10 spot.

I think it would be useful to get Tom Waits & Bette Midler - I Never Talk To Strangers in the list...
I wish I'd done biology for an urge within me wanted to do it then
