Sarah Vowell, author and National Public Radio (NPR) commentator, was a guest on The Late Show with David Letterman on Wednesday, March 22. A good chunk of her chat with Letterman was about her having seen The Pogues on St. Patrick's Day.
She didn't say much that I think would be "new" to anybody who spends much time on these boards, but she talked about the band and the show with enthusiasm and she demonstrated pogoing, which she said is the only dance that she's able to do.
If the show airs outside North America about a week after it airs here, it may help to know that the other guests that night were David Spade and Teddy Geiger.
