There IS one article by Victoria in yesterday Independent...
But it's about being (or not being) an artist.
Nothing about The Pogues. Shane gets mentioned twice:

At this time, I was living with my partner in London. Shane and I were drinking regularly in clubs like the Groucho and the Colony Rooms. These places were patronised by the glamorous young British artists like Damien and Tracey, Sarah Lucas and Gavin Turk.

Young British Artists spent every night partying. They could sell their unmade beds and sawn-off sharks for six-figure sums. I wanted to be one of them.

My strategy for success involved approaching Channel 4 with a documentary called How I Won the Turner Prize. I decided I would submit an installation of Shane on a sofa surrounded by empty bottles and fag ends, and wipe the floor with Tracey's bed - thereby winning the Turner Prize and becoming an instant success.

I understand the piece was in the glossy magazine, which may not be part of the online edition.

just trawled throgh the article. what a bitter woman she is. seems genuinely pissed off that shane is enjoying himself without her. it strikes me that she might have got a warmer welcome from the pogues had she not written a book about how horrible they all were. oh i know she said it was what shane said but he seemed to have second thoughts and was well catalogued in his distancing himself from the contents, even writing that wierd little note at the end saying sorry. so if they were a little cool towards her, i can understand why. :? also, what else has she actually done except write about shane/the pogues/so called celebrity friends "kate and pete" If i was one of them i wouldn't trust her as far as i could throw her...

Hmm...I can find the article on paddyrollingstone, but can't read it - it's not plain text, it comes up as a scanned page of the magazine, and the text is way too small. Is this accessible anywhere else? I wasn't going to bother, but now you've got me all curious!

The text is not too small - just click on the enlarging button when viewing the scanned page. This way you can make it even bigger than the original magazine must have been and very easy to read.
