Just a guess but I'd say ending The Pogues touring is a fairly hefty pay cut.

Just to be fair, i don't think Shane is opposed to a DVD. A set of shows was filmed a few years ago. Shane just opposes bright lights shining on him. This led to the DVD producers deciding the footage was unusable.

Well, i'm glad we drove down to Portland in '09, even if Shane was mostly a mess.
