New Year’s Concert – Sharon Shannon and Big Band with special guest Shane MacGowan in a New Year’s Special. The programme will also feature Mundy singing Auld Lang Synge.

I am in the UK and have just gone on line and am able to watch TG4! Been trying to get RTE on for ages, not able to as yet. So it's great that at least one Irish channel is available on line! Look forward to watching the concert tonight!

Well I'm not so sure about this now! Can't watch anything on TG4 apart from a loop of what's on this evening! It seems that there is nothing broadcast at the moment but I couldn't access any previous programmes. Maybe some are blocked? Anyway, I will keep trying. Has anyone else had the same problem?

If you click on TG4 Live a new window Should pop up. I'm Using Firefox and had to enable popups and download a plugin from Windows .

Thank you Noel. I have enabled pop ups and have explorer and media player....don't know how I managed to watch that programme earlier! All gone pear-shaped now, I just get the list of what's on but I'll keep trying.

I unfortunately forgot to record this. :roll:

I think it might have been a recording of last year's gig. Did it say "Sharon live in Killarney" or "Sharon live from Killarney"?

A bit like the old "Smoked Irish Salmon" or "Irish Smoked Salmon"

Any Idea Noel, was it live or a recording? What makes me suspicious is the way they could say say "Features Mundy singing Old Lang Synge(sic)".
